express, written consent. We simply ask that people do the right thing. However, for those that
don’t, we have a proprietary watermarking system that uniquely identifies every file downloaded
from purchase. If we find any violations, we will file DMCA complaints and, in addition, be
able to identify exactly who did it. We will furnish appropriate information to law enforcement
and/or our attorneys, as needed to prosecute offenders.
